SPICE: A Generic Model for Interoperability Assessment?
نویسنده
چکیده
Measuring interoperability implies establishing measures of merit to evaluate the degree of interoperability between systems. This is the purpose of so-called maturity models, describing the stages through which systems should evolve to reach higher completeness in the realization of a given objective. This paper reviews the main maturity models for interoperability, comparing the different aspects of these models to ISO/IEC 15504 model (also known as SPICE), which defines a framework for processes assessment. We highlight the existing links, showing that ISO/IEC 15504 can be used as a generic model from which existing interoperability maturity models could be derived.

A Generic Approach for Compliance Assessment of Interoperability Artifacts
A generic approach for compliance assessment of interoperability artifacts to any applicable industry standard is elaborated and discussed. The paper also introduces an interoperability meaning diagram and extends semantic compliance definitions and rules proposed in [1]. Compliance to an industry standard such as IEC CIM can be achieved for information models and end-points’ model and design a...
متن کاملSpice Compatible Model for Multiple Coupled Nonuniform Transmission Lines Application in Transient Analysis of VLSI Circuits
An SPICE compatible model for multiple coupled nonuniform lossless transmission lines (TL's) is presented. The method of the modeling is based on the steplines approximation of the nonuniform TLs and quasi-TEM assumptions. Using steplines approximation the system of coupled nonuniform TLs is subdivided into arbitrary large number of coupled uniform lines (steplines) with different characteristi...

Genre analysis as an area of great concern in recent decades, involves the observation of linguistic features used by a determined discourse community. The research article (RA) is one of the most widely researched genres in academic writing which is realized through some rhetorical moves and discursive steps to achieve a communicative purpose. This study aimed at proposing a model of generic p...
